In 2024, we explored AI’s potential.
In 2025, we focused on the leaders required to move the system.
Now, 2026 turns to the system itself.
Healthcare is entering a period of structural reform as AI is moving from tool to foundation - reshaping how care is accessed, coordinated, and delivered. The rules governing how information moves are shifting. New models of connectivity are redefining what it means to be “connected.”
And patients are gaining greater influence over how their data is used — and how much intelligence they allow into their care.
