At foreCHANGE’25, we will turn our attention to the qualities and behaviors of leaders in this time of transformation. The “Big Rocks” we identified in 2023 won’t move themselves. And the AI we explored in 2024 won’t automatically save the day.

In times of disruption, the role of the leader is transformed too. Business as usual won’t do. Stewardship yields to generalship. Think Churchill or Lincoln. At this year’s foreCHANGE, we will focus on the mindset and skillset required to lead organizations through multiple challenges.

Every tool in our toolkits — analytics, long-term vision, incentives, relational skills, and more — needs to be sharpened or fully re-forged to suit this moment.
