The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs
At foreCHANGE ’24, we will feature in-depth consideration of AI applications that are already in the world, generating results and also generating new questions and challenges. In particular we will zoom in on how AI-infused approaches move the “Big Rocks” that we identified at foreCHANGE ’23 as the key barriers to value-based transformation.
foreCHANGE Overview video
Last year at foreCHANGE ’23, we stepped back and worked together to name and describe the deep, persistent barriers to value-based healthcare transformation—what we are calling The Big Rocks: Cross-sector Collaboration, Consumer Engagement & Choice, and Incentives & Structure.
At foreCHANGE ‘17, AI pioneer Ray Kurzweil joined to help us understand where AI was going and how it would change nearly every aspect of our lives. In subsequent years, we went deeper and looked at how AI combines with other shifts to make “the future faster than you think” (to quote foreCHANGE ‘21 keynoter Peter Diamandis)
So, while many in healthcare are months into the latest AI hype cycle, many of our foreCHANGE network peers are now years down the road bringing AI-infused approaches to healthcare transformation to market.
